If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

By participating in any of our programs and classes or using any of our resources and materials you agree and acknowledge to have read and understood this release prior to purchase and participation AND you are aware that you are you are waiving all claims, actions, causes of action, rights and remedies of any kind whatsoever, which you or your heirs, executors, estate trustees, administrators, assigns or representatives may have against us.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

In participating in any of the courses in this school, you acknowledge understanding that Vanessa Kennedy and Amplify Wellness instructors are not medical doctors and do not provide medical diagnostics, diagnoses or procedures. It’s advisable to consult your physician before changing your diet, starting an exercise program, or taking supplements of any kind.

The courses provided by Vanessa Kennedy and Amplify Wellness instructors are at all times restricted to consultation and coaching of the subject of nutrition, yoga and tarot intended for general well being and do not involve the diagnosing, prognostication, or prescribing of remedies for the treatment of any disease or any licensed or controlled act which may constitute the practise of medicine in this province. You are aware that yoga involves physical activity and that by practicing yoga activities you could sustain an injury, aggravate a condition you already have, or experience discomfort/soreness. Although we will do our best to keep you safe, you are responsible for your own body – always practice with awareness and care and do not try to push yourself beyond your capabilities or medical advice.

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. No Personal or Professional Coaching Relationship

Purchase of this course does not imply a professional relationship or personal coaching. Vanessa Kennedy is a certified Yoga Teacher, a Registered Holistic Nutrition Coach, and a Tarot Reader but she is not providing personal coaching through these courses to any individual purchaser.

The same is true of any teacher or coach participating in providing content for the school’s courses.

Individuals participating in the school course should always consult with their personal health care team about health issue, any persoanl illnesses or conditions, and It’s advisable to consult your physician before changing your diet, starting an exercise program, or taking supplements of any kind.

Tarot card programs, activities and materials do not constitute legal, health, or financial advice, nor personal therapy or life coaching. Please always consult a trained professional to make decisions. Tarot readings and activities are for entertainment and information purposes only; all decisions remain in your hands and responsibility. Tarot-based activities are not predictions nor guarantees and do not make decisions for anyone engaged in these activities; your actions and decisions remain in your control and responsibility. In a difficult or unsafe situation, look for appropriate professional help.

Courses are provided as entertainment and information, and are not contracts for personal coaching, medical, financial, legal or other professional advice.

6. Pricing & Refunds

All prices are in Canadian Dollars and all sales are final.

In applying to purchase a course and supplying your credit card information, you are giving Vanessa Kennedy, Amplify Wellness and the our third-party payment portals (such as PayPal) permission to use the information to charge you for the courses.

If payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified. If not remedied in 14 days, then access to the course can be discontinued without further remedy. The school retains the right to extend this timeline at our discretion, but we are not required to under any circumstance

7. Email Communications

When you join the school you will be added to the email list for the course and for the Amplify Wellness group of sites communications, emails, newsletters, special offers and promotions. We never sell or share our list. You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Additionally, Amplify Wellness / Vanessa Kennedy will not be held liable for any use of information, services or products obtained freely or by purchase the website or other portals, economic consequences, unfulfilled expectations, and problems due to website maintenance downtime.
