Vani is a holistic nutrition coach who graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and as well as completing the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate through eCornell and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Vani is an advanced certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and has studied yoga therapy; she believes nutrition is also a yoga practice as it moves us toward positive proactive action. And she does not believe in doing without great, satisfying meals.
